Letting go...

Fri Sep 22, 2006, 1:40 PM
Upon completeing my most recent watercolor(which I will be adding on deviantart shortly), I realized something about myself.
I need to have control over the outcome of my artwork...right down to the tiniest detail.....and this is something that proves to be both good and bad!
On the downside, I never really just let myself go.
This is something I want to try doing this winter....just painting with no reaal vision in mind.....to see where my art takes me instead of me taking my art for a ride.
Hopefully this new development will bring about some interesting art and soulsearching.
I look forward to this growth within myself and I also look forward to sharing it's fruits with all of you!
